Freight lift is hydraulic freight elevator, which is different to tractor motor elevators. It’s application is large for both industrial and residential freight lifts. We can apply such lifts in shops, homes, warehouses, plants, workshops etc. Himor designs indoor and outdoor fixed hydraulic lift platforms for home, warehouse, plants, and mezzanine etc. 2D or 3D lift drawing will be available for clients to confirm the finalized freight lift design. Hydraulic Freight Lift Structure Diagram
- Work platform: The bottom of the table is paved with steel profiles, and the top is paved with anti-skid plates. The table is surrounded by guardrails made of steel pipes and doors for goods to enter and exit.
- Lead rails: National standard H type steel with numbers from 125# to 150# according to the lift capacity and travel heights.
- Wire mesh enclosure: The frame of the guardrail is composed of steel pipe and galvanized mesh.
- Doors on enclosure: With interlocks only when the doors are closed the lift can work.
- Doors on work platform: normally 1.2m height and also can customize to be higher. Also add interlocks inside the doors for safety consideration.
- Hydraulic cylinders: Strong wear-resistant hydraulic cylinder with explosion-proof valve.
- Steel wire rope: The lifts have steel wire ropes and leaf chains to hold on the work platform.
- Pump station: Hydraulic pump unit with all safety valves. Silent pump unit is available as an option.
- Digital control panels: Each floor has one digital control panel with emergency stop button.

FAQS
Yes. This type hydraulic freight lift needs to fix with ground and wall. Only needs to fix the lead rail with wall and ground. And fix the chain onto platform. All the electric components are plug type for easy installation. We will provide detailed installation instruction.
Yes. If there isn’t a shaft, it is free standing and we can fix it with wall, floor and ground.
After knowing the freight lift lifting height, platform size and capacity you need, we will make design and start order with you. Himor also can arrange shipment to your nearest sea port.
We accept T/T, Paypal, Credit card, and L/C payment methods.
Normally we adopt wire mesh, color steel tile and steel sheet etc. types. If you need other types enclosure, please advice to Himor team.
- Himor provides 3 years warranty fot the lift structure and 1 year warranty for electrical components.
- Himor provids detailed installation manual and user manual for each lift. We also help with installation by online assistance.
- We also provide whole life time free consult for the lift issue.
- Landing doors, including roller shutter doors, wire mesh doors, center open accordion doors, and vertical lift up doors etc.
- Soundless motor. More suitable for indoor application like shops.
- Anti-drop device. If the capacity is beyond 3ton, we can add anti-drop device for more safety consideration.
