Hydraulic Cargo Elevator Structure Diagram
- Work platform: The bottom of the table is paved with steel profiles, and the top is paved with anti-skid plates. The table is surrounded by guardrails made of steel pipes and doors for goods to enter and exit.
- Doors on enclosure: With interlocks only when the doors are closed the lift can work.
- Hydraulic cylinders: Strong wear-resistant hydraulic cylinder with explosion-proof valve.
- Lead rails: National standard H type steel with numbers from 125# to 150# according to the lift capacity and travel heights.
- Chain and Steel wire rope: The lifts have steel wire ropes and leaf chains to hold on the work platform.
- Fix plates: To fix the lead rails onto ground. Use bolts and welding.
- Pump station: Hydraulic pump unit with all safety valves. Silent pump unit is available as an option.
- Digital control panels: Each floor has one digital control panel with emergency stop button.

How to install hydraulic cargo elevator?
Yes. This type hydraulic cargo elevator needs to fix with ground and wall. Only needs to fix the lead rail with wall and ground. And fix the chain onto platform. All the electric components are plug type for easy installation. We will provide detailed installation instruction. Below is the main catalog of installation steps.

Can a cargo lift be installed outdoor?
Yes. If there isn’t a shaft indoor, or the indoor space is limited, you can install a lift outdoor. Because:
- Guide rail cargo lift do not have to be installed in a steel shaft or concreted shaft. It can be fixed besided a wall or steel structure.
- Himor does very good job for the lifts’ surface painting to be spray plastic and do deep shot blasting for the inner steel surface. These steps are beneficial for enabling the machine to be used outdoors.
- Himor does very good jobs for electric cabinet protection. The cabinet covered the inside electric components very well. Also we can make a cover box for the hydraulic pump station.

- Hydraulic cargo lift platform travel height. Higher it goes up, the cost is higher. Normally the hydraulic lift platforms can goes up to lower than 20m, which is around 6 floors.
- Load capacity. This types mezzanine goods lift’s capacity is from 500kg to around 10tons. So the prices will be higher if the capacity is bigger.
- Platform size. The platform size is customized according to the cargo
