The standard speed for hydraulic system is 4m/minute. Himor’s hydraulic home elevator speed is 6m/minute.
When you press the LOP, the platform will come to you, and the doors open by itself. After you go into the lift, the door will close itself. It is very convenient for people to use.
The max. Travel height can be 15 meter. Normally clients ask for 2-4 floors which is around 3m to 9m.
Yes. We use aluminum alloy material which is not easy to rust as its main material. As long as the outdoor installation conditions allow, then it can be used outdoors.
Firstly, in our standard configuration, you can lower down the platform by manual valve on ground. Secondly, if you add 1kva UPS for battery power backup, you can lower down the lift directly when electricity power goes out. Thirdly, if you add 10kva UPS for backup, you can both lift up or lower down the lift directly when electricity power goes out.
The ground of the site should be concreted, which depth should be more than 200mm. The lift must near to the wall or the floors, and there is concreted or steel structure to fix the upper parts of the lift.
- The lifting system difference. Hydraulic lift’s lifting mechanism is cylinder and chains.
- Prices difference. Hydraulic elevator is pretty cheaper than traction lifts.
- Sizes difference. Normally hydraulic lifts are smaller, and more suitable for narrow places installation.
- Capacities difference. Standard capacity of hydraulic lift platform is 300kg, and max. 500kg.
- Machine room difference. Hydraulic lift does not need machine room.
- Pit difference: our lifts platform pit can be 100mm-150mm. If the site is not suitable to make a pit, we can make a small ramp for easier access.
