According to different hydraulic lift platform types’ requirements regarding usage and delivery, there are fully assembled products and incompletely assembled products.
Fully assembled hydraulic lift platforms:
Vertical mast lifts for man
Scissor lifts for man
Towable Boom lifts
Scissor lift tables
Car lift tables
All these fully assembled lift platforms are a whole structure when you receive them. You can use them directly by following Himor’s user manual.
Incompletely assembled lift platforms:
Small goods lifts. They come with 2 posts lead rails, platform, hydraulic system, and fix parts.
Cargo elevators. They come with 4 posts lead rails, working platform, hydraulic system, and fix parts.
Freight lifts. They come with 2 or 4 posts lead rails, working platform, hydraulic system, safety wire enclosure, and fix parts.
Car lift platforms. They come with 4 posts lead rails, car lifting platform, hydraulic system, and fix parts.
Vertical platform lifts. They come with 1-3 parts drive towers, full cabin, hydraulic system, and fix parts.
Wheelchair lifts. They come with 1-3 parts drive towers, half cabin, hydraulic system, and fix parts.
All these lift platforms are in big sizes. For easier and cheaper delivery, we need to separate some parts after testing in our plant. We will be put incomplete lift platforms into plywood cases for sea shipment. Although they are incompletely assembled, most of the parts are well connected like electric wires, chains, steel ropes, cabins etc. Customers only need to do some fix jobs on the site by following Himor’s installation manual.
Conclusion
In a word, although not all of the lift platforms are fully assembled, we will do a full test for all lifts. Before delivery, the production department will take charge of full testing for all lifts. Customers will have the testing photos or videos we send. If clients need some modification, we will discuss with clients and do as per the requests.
