Finally, we offered quotation with drawing to customer for final confirmation.
Project process stage 2: Order process and finish production
Customer made payment to Himor Machinery within one week after the project was confirmed. Because each customer’s request is different, we need to customize according to the site electric input. For this 4 stops lift, the voltage we customized is 220V, 60HZ, Single phase. As we have material in stock, so we finished production in 25 working days.
Project process stage 3: Lift pre-install in workshop, test, and delivery
As long as we finished production, we assembled the lift in our workshop. Under the direction of the engineer, the workers put the equipment together and adjust it. The quality inspection department will carry out the final acceptance of the equipment after the completion of debugging. Acceptance work is not a simple inspection, need to do no-load test and load test. This step takes about 5 working days to complete. During the whole process, the sales staff in charge of the project will take pictures. Send pictures and videos to customers for confirmation after shooting. The sales department communicates with the customer about the transportation after the products have passed the inspection. Send the equipment by sea to Manila North Port, which is nearest to the customer.
Project process stage 4: Final install in site of the Philippines
After the lift arrived at the port, the customer entrusted the customs clearance agent company to carry out the customs clearance work. And moved the equipment to the site. According to the installation materials and drawings we provided to the customer, the customer completed the installation and commissioning of the equipment within 3 days.
